Introduction
What Exponential is, who it is for, and where to start
Exponential is a productivity OS that turns meeting transcripts into projects, actions and decisions. Record a meeting, and Zoe, the built-in assistant, extracts the actions and decisions and files them against the right project. Plan your day from what is due, track time, review the week, and let agents (Zoe, specialist agents, or your own external agents) act across all of it. Product teams get a second layer on top: products, features, tickets, cycles and metrics.
Who it is for
- On your own. Capture actions from anywhere (phone, browser, chat), plan each day from Today, keep a journal and a weekly plan, and ask Zoe to think things through with you.
- As a team. Share a workspace, run meetings through Fireflies, turn them into actions and decisions, and keep goals, projects and OKRs aligned in one place.
- As a product team. Turn on the Product Management plugin for products, features, tickets, cycles, retrospectives and delivery metrics.

Start here
- Ten minutes in. Follow the Quickstart: sign in, meet the sidebar, create a project and three actions, plan your day, ask Zoe a question, and connect one way to capture from your phone or browser.
- Bring your meetings. Connect Fireflies so every recorded meeting arrives with its actions extracted, then review them on the Meetings page.
- Set the direction. Write Goals and OKRs, link projects to them, and run the Weekly plan on Fridays.
